Hire charges for the Wyvern Club


Standard Hire Charges for The Club Facilities. (Revised as of 01/01/14)

 

The Wyvern Club allows the hire of its facilities to a third party when they are not in use for specific Club purposes. All hiring's are subject to a specific and individual contract.

Main Hall

Session bookings per hour up to 3 Hours £16.00
Period bookings of 4 hours 0800-1200 £45.00
1300-1700 £50.00
Evening bookings  1900-2330 £55.00
Function Bar (per member of staff required.) £35.00
Kitchen Used for sandwich preparations £20.00

Used for buffet preparation

(With use of the water, Gas and utensils)

Used for full catering i.e. Hot meal

Other equipments i.e. Outside BBQ and furniture including a small Marquee. Skittles sets etc. can be hired and a price for this will be quoted at the enquiry stage.


A catering service or minor refreshments can be supplied by our prefered caterers.

 

A non-refundable deposit of £15.00 is required at the booking stage and payment of the outstanding amount and a refundable damage deposit of £75.00 is required 10days before the event.

 

KINDLY BEAR IN MIND OUR BUISINESS IS THE HIRE OF FACILITIES AND THE SALE OF BEVERAGES, BOTH ALCOHOLIC & SOFT, THEREFORE PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO BRING YOUR OWN!
